M&S Food have slowly been releasing their summer dessert menu. This cookie cup is part of it. It comes in 2 other flavours, but I decided to opt for the raspberry and white chocolate as it’s one of my favourite flavour combinations.

The outside is a cookie cup with cheesecake in the middle.

I really enjoyed this. I like the combination of the chewy cookie crust with the smoothness of the cheesecake.
