Bill’s restaurant (Lewes Branch)

On a recent visit to Lewes, I stopped off at Bill’s for breakfast. Bill’s is a chain restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You may have heard about Bill’s through their £5 pancake promotion which is available on certain days of the week.

The Lewes branch is the first branch of Bill’s that was launched, there are over 50 UK wide.

I decided to have an Eggs Royale which was served on a muffin with salmon. It was pretty tasty.
