Wahaca x Tony’s Chocolonley

Tony’s Chocolonely has taken over Wahaca’s dessert menu until April 28th (yes this is a delayed post). I wanted to try it so I took myself off to Wahaca for the first time.

The food at Wahaca can best be described as Mexico inspired cuisine. There are several branches. I went to the branch in Upper Street, Islington

Started off with some water and because I’m not drinking any alcohol at the moment I had a mocktail Pina Colada.

Make it tropical but mock it!

I started off with some mushroom tacos as I wasn’t massively hungry. They were nice though a little oily.

Then it was time to select a dessert!

I went with the Churros with Everything Dipping. I’ve never had Churros before, first time, loved them.
