The Flat Baker

The Flat Baker was on my list of bakeries to visit (sadly I didn’t get to visit many of the bakeries on my list, just another excuse to go to Manchester again).

The Flat Baker serves pastries through a window-you are able to see the items on display.

I opted for the sweet chilli and cheese roll and the Pain Suisse. Both delightful
