Phil Khoury Pop Up

I’m ashamed to say that I only recently discovered Phil Khoury. Pastry Chef and author. He is well known for producing chocolates based on capital cities. I bought 2 of these at his recent pop up at Stratford Workshops.

There was a wide variety of sweet treats at the pop up. I got there early as I didn’t want to miss out!

As well as the chocolate I got the spinach and pine nut roll

Next, a slice of Rhubarb Tart

Andy finally the star of the show cinnamon hot cross bun. I loved this so much!

Phil said that he will be doing more pop ups-looking forward to the next one!
