Phil Khoury New York Chocolate

I’m ashamed to say that I have only recently Phil Khoury. As well as amazing pastries he does these chocolates based on major cities and the elements of these cities.

I mean look at the packaging first.

The New York Chocolate is a Cinnamon-spiced apple compote, buttery shortcrust crumb and toasted almonds crunch wrapped in silky salted caramel chocolate and is finished with a bespoke engraved mold featuring the Statue of Liberty.

Of course apple had to feature cos you know New York aka “The Big Apple”

I loved this chocolate and the different elements.

Phil has recently been doing pop ups at the Stratford Workshops. I’ve been to the last 2 and I’m going to the next one which is on Saturday 30th May. I might see you there
