Mariella’s Lemon Drizzle Pearls

I’m not sure why these mini cakes are called pearls. They are filled with a thick what initially thought was buttercream, but I’m not entirely sure. The lemon flavour was very faint, and the artificial sweetner was there as ever.

I don’t think that I’m ever going to like a low cal cake.
