M&S Lemon Eclairs

M&S have brought out a dessert summer menu range. I spotted these lemon curd eclairs and had to try them. I love eclairs and I love different variations on traditional eclair flavours.

I’m a big fan of lemon curd and that combined with cream made these eclairs absolute winners.
