Launch of Pleese build your cheesecake bar *gifted/ad*

Happy New Year cake lovers! I feel I can still say that as we are still in January.

Last weekend I went to the launch Of Pleese’s build your own cheesecake bar. They are having a residency is St Espressos near Hackney Wick.

You can build your own cheesecake with a variety of bases and toppings.

I went the kinda traditional way.

Digestive crumbs, creamy raspberry topping with raspberry compote, freeze dried raspberries and meringue clouds.

You can also pick up cookies and pre made mini cheesecakes

The Pleesee build your own cheesecake bar has a residency for at least 3 months and is on every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am till sell out
