Jam Delish

I’ve been wanting to visit Jam Delish for a long time. It is a vegan Caribbean restaurant based in Angel Islington.

I had to start with a Dark and Stormy (rum and ginger beer). This was nice but very strong.

No starters for me straight in with the mains. I had the skewers. These were ok, could have been a bit hotter temperature wise. Unforutnately the rice was quite tasteless. I liked the combination of the “meat” with the plantain on the skewers.

My friend had the fried “chicken”. I tried a bit and it was very tasty well seasoned.

I had a side of coleslaw which was really good.

Overall this was a decent meal-glad that there are options out there for those that are vegan.
