Izzy Bakes and Brews

Did I venture to Knebworth just to go to a coffee shop? Yes I did.
I first spotted Izzy on Tik Tok and I had a lot of admiration for someone at the age of 23 who was running her own coffee shop - all by herself.

I connected with her as I wanted her to be part of my 5Questions 5Answers series where I interview independent cakers, bakers and dessert makers.

But first I tried a couple of her bakes. I had the banana bread and school cake which were really good.
