Hackney Gelato: Pistachio Almond & Lemon

Hackney Gelato do amazing flavours. I was looking for some ice cream to pair with cookies from Love Every Bite Bakery and found this in a Tesco Local near Spitalfields Market.

I was intrigued with how the lemon would pair with the nutty flavours and it works giving that extra tang.

Here i have paired it with a matcha flavoured cookie. Wonderful.
