I went to a sandwich pop recently. Drip by The Snackist is a new sandwich brand from Varsha and Jack, featuring hunks of focaccia bread with tasty fillings
The pop up was at Kiju Coffee in Battersea
I went for Roasted Auberine, Lutenitsa, Whipped herbed Tofu and Rocket.

The sandwich was so filling, I had to take half of it home. Very tasty
