Cake Flash Mob: Glaze Bakery

The final cake flash mob of the year and the first one outside London. Glaze Bakery is based in St Albans and is owned by Ollie. I’ve been following the journey from the beginning so it was nice to finally visit the bakery.

I picked up 2 bakes:

Honey and Sea Salt Bun.

I’m not the biggest fan of honey but I was intrigued by this combination. It works so well and I can highly recommend it.

I also picked up an apple crumble croissant which was well balanced in flavour and texture. Would be nice with some custard.
